Cancellation -
Walks - Day of notice (Less than 24 hours) Full Fee

Keys -
Keeping Your Home Key at Place of Business - If you wish to keep your spare home keys at our business address instead of on your own property the price for safe keeping the key will be $5 per visit you have booked. $5 per visit.
Note - If you have a key FOB and no other way to keep the FOB safely on your own property, you will not be charged this fee!
Late Payments -
Starting Monday, January 15th we will be implementing a late fee for late payments. Clients will be asked to pay an additional $5 for every day that their bill is past due. Invoices are sent weekly on Thursdays and due by Sunday night.

Clients will have 35% charge on their bill for service on the specified holiday
