Hi! My name is James and my two biggest loves in life have always been animals and visual arts. Having lived in a household of pets throughout my life, I’ve developed a true appreciation and strong affinity for animals. I find joy in every opportunity to interact with them and capture their personality with digital media.

While studying animation and video production in college, I worked in a dog daycare & kennel and became familiar with every breed along with their behaviors. For several years I have created videos for Zoo New England, promoting their events and conservation efforts on social media. I’ve also worked with Northeast Animal Shelter to create videos promoting pet adoption. 

I currently live with a sweet terrier mix named Charlotte and a mischievous orange cat named Banjo, both amazing rescue companions. They are my best friends who I’m constantly taking photos and videos of, and I believe everyone deserves quality captures of their own best friends to keep forever. Whether that be a video of a fun day out on the trails or the beach, an adoption photoshoot of your new kitten or puppy, or even some silly pictures of your dog in a costume or a photoshopped spacesuit - my goal is to capture the spirit of your pet in a unique and fun way for both you and your fuzzy friend! I understand that every animal is unique and I’d love to work with you to find the best way to represent and honor your pet.
