Stephanie Angelini - Owner
Hello! I started H & C in March 2012 after adopting my dog Rusty and it has been a fantastic journey getting to know and love the wonderful animals and people of the North Shore! I have a Master's in Business from Suffolk University and a PhD in cuddles.
Megan Kain - Head of Operations
Hi! I'm Megan, and I have been with H&C for over 5 years now! I recently graduated from University of New England with my masters in Occupational Therapy. My favorite things about working at H&C are taking the cutest pictures, and getting all the snuggles!
Jobeth Abreu - Team Manager
Hi everyone! My names Jobeth but I also go by Jo. I have a 16 year old Corgi/Pug mix and two beautiful cats of my own! I have been in the animal care industry for 8 years now and have loved every minute of it. Ever since my first day I knew I would work with animals my entire life. No matter the day or the weather, they bring me joy and happiness without fail. Ensuring a safe, fun, trusting environment for your pets is always my goal! I look forward to meeting you and your pet family soon!
Sherri B

I can not imagine coming home and not being greeted with kisses and unconditional love. I am looking forward to meeting your pets and shower them with love and attention and plenty of exercise.

Hi friends! I’m Talia, a senior at Salem State University majoring in Criminal Investigations with a minor in Biology. I have 5 pets: one 9yr old lab mix named Cooper, three 2yr old domestic shorthair cats- Bean, Simon, and Sofia, and one 7yr Cumberland Slider turtle named Swim Shady. I have over three years of experience in animal welfare, and I’m also certified in cat & dog first aid. I am devoted to animal care and hope to go for my masters in animals and public policy.
Carly C.
Hi everyone! I’m Carly, a full-time graduate student at Simmons University studying nutrition and dietetics. By night, I bartend at a Mexican restaurant in Gloucester, MA, and in my spare time, I pet-sit. I have a three-year-old orange cat named Dennis, who only responds to Kitty. My parents have a Great Pyrenees/Border Collie mix named Vinnie, whom I see daily. I grew up with dogs and cats, so caring for animals is essential to me. Working at Hound and Country as a pet sitter is rewarding—I care for amazing animals and work with a supportive team that loves what we do.
